We have long-standing relationships with lenders including clearing, investment and challenger banks; family offices and funds ensuring we are able to structure the most appropriate facility however complex the requirement with minimal developer contribution.

Viability

We prefer partners who have a proven track record of success and expertise in specific asset classes or geography. In all cases, in order to get a full understanding of the project and the clients funding request, we evaluate:

  • High level executive summary of the project
  • Details of the corporate structure
  • Information on the principals
  • Details of property, including area & number of units
  • Exit strategy and value assumptions
  • Cost assumptions
  • Development and sale programme
